Thoughful Father

My Father, Pondering the Coast of Haiti

Technology kind of really SUCKS.

So my computer decided it was going to kill itself by doing a suicide dive off of my defective desk, taking my harddrive and all 400+ pictures I was planning to upload with it.

Now I have nothing.

I did a great photoshoot in downtown Toronto a few months ago, and the card corrupted. I still have it, I just have to take it in for recovery.

My camera's lens is fogged and I can't fix it, so everything has this "Original Star Trek, Janice Rand" style look to it.

*sigh* that really, really sucks.

ETA: Woo, 1700 pageviews in.... 5 years. Nice. I really should update more often.

I really like the way it turned out because a few months before this my uncle passed away, and we have a shot of *him* on a boat with almost the same look on his face.

All the brothers look alike, so this is kind of like my Dad's tribute to uncle Ernie :)
